The piston component is composed of piston body, piston rod, piston nut, piston ring, supporting ring and other parts. Each piston body is equipped with different numbers of piston rings and supporting rings, which are used to seal the compression medium and support the piston weight.
When the cylinder is lubricated with oil, the piston ring is made of cast iron or filled with polytetrafluoroethylene plastic ring; when the pressure is high, the copper alloy piston ring is used; the supporting ring is made of plastic ring or bearing alloy is cast directly on the piston body.
When the cylinder is free of oil lubrication, the piston ring supporting rings are filled with polytetrafluoroethylene plastic rings, and the supporting ring structure is 1200 single piece type. The positioning block installed in the ring groove is used to realize the radial positioning of the supporting ring. When the piston diameter is small, the whole ring opening supporting ring is used.
The piston and the piston rod are connected by screw thread. The tightening method is to heat the tail of the piston rod to produce elastic extension deformation due to thermal expansion. Screw the fastening nut to a certain angle to the specified marking position, and then stop heating. After the rod is cooled, the deformation will be recovered, that is, to achieve the pre tightening force required for fastening.
The piston rod is forged from steel. It has high comprehensive mechanical properties and wear resistance after quenching and tempering treatment and hardening treatment of friction surface.

When tightening the piston rod nut, the special tool electric heating rod must be used. Before tightening, the nut shall be tightened with a wrench. After confirming that there is no gap between the nut and the piston body, insert the electric heating rod into the piston rod hole, and make a mark on the piston rod nut. After the piston rod is heated, screw the piston rod nut. See the following table for the torque. Take out the electric heating rod. After cooling, rivet the flanging to prevent loosening.
