background-color: #ffffff;\" data-sourcepos=\"9:1-12:0\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\" data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:355\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">ATEX (Atm\u00f3sferas Explosivas):<\/span><span class=\"citation-3 recitation citation-end-3\">\u00a0Directiva de la Uni\u00f3n Europea relativa a los aparatos y sistemas de protecci\u00f3n para uso en atm\u00f3sferas potencialmente explosivas.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"citation-4 recitation citation-end-4\">Clasifica los equipos en funci\u00f3n de las zonas (frecuencia y duraci\u00f3n de la aparici\u00f3n de atm\u00f3sferas explosivas) y los grupos\/categor\u00edas de equipos (nivel de protecci\u00f3n requerido).<\/span><span class=\"button-container hide-from-message-actions ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\" data-sourcepos=\"10:1-10:231\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">IECEx (Sistema IEC de certificaci\u00f3n de conformidad con las normas relativas a los aparatos utilizados en atm\u00f3sferas explosivas):<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"citation-5 recitation citation-end-5\">Sistema internacional de certificaci\u00f3n de aparatos para uso en atm\u00f3sferas explosivas, basado en las normas CEI.<\/span><span class=\"button-container hide-from-message-actions ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\" data-sourcepos=\"11:1-12:0\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Normas norteamericanas (NEC\/CEC):<\/span>\u00a0En Norteam\u00e9rica, el C\u00f3digo El\u00e9ctrico Nacional (NEC) de EE.UU. y el C\u00f3digo El\u00e9ctrico Canadiense (CEC) definen los lugares peligrosos en funci\u00f3n de Clases (naturaleza de la sustancia peligrosa), Divisiones (probabilidad de su presencia) y Grupos (tipo espec\u00edfico de gas, vapor o polvo).<\/li><\/ul><p data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:531\">Aunque la nomenclatura espec\u00edfica y la zonificaci\u00f3n pueden diferir entre estos sistemas, los principios subyacentes de la evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos y la idoneidad de los equipos siguen siendo coherentes.\u00a0<span class=\"citation-6 recitation citation-end-6\">Por ejemplo, ATEX Zona 0\/20 y NEC\/CEC Clase I, Divisi\u00f3n 1 representan \u00e1reas con la mayor probabilidad de que una atm\u00f3sfera explosiva est\u00e9 presente de forma continua o frecuente.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"citation-7 recitation citation-end-7\">Por el contrario, ATEX Zona 2\/22 y NEC\/CEC Clase I, Divisi\u00f3n 2 indican \u00e1reas en las que s\u00f3lo es probable que se produzca una atm\u00f3sfera explosiva en condiciones de funcionamiento anormales.<\/span><span class=\"button-container hide-from-message-actions ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:70\">A continuaci\u00f3n, los equipos se clasifican en funci\u00f3n de su m\u00e9todo de protecci\u00f3n, por ejemplo:<\/p><ul style=\"font-size: 16px;
